For the past 20+ years, we have promoted H4 headlight upgrades for these old Mercedes. The original sealed beam headlight bulbs lacked light output, and we found them sometimes downright "sketchy" on dark roads, especially when deer were known to be present.
You will receive ten each of the following sizes: 8/12, 10/16, and 12/22. These are much better than U.S. style hose clamps that cut into the hose.
Kent shares with you 3 key steps that you should consider doing to get your old fuel injected 6 and 8 cylinder engines running properly. These include:
These require removal of the batter and possibly the brake booster to replace. They are split so you do not need to remove the sway bar. Plan to replace if doing work under the battery box area. Battery acid is hard on the right side.
These will no longer be printed when these are gone. They will still be available as a download. All books are signed by Kent. This is an end of an era for us. Most books are approximately 15 pages in length and covered with heavy clear plastic.
DO NOT ORDER UNTIL YOU REMOVE ONE INJECTOR IN YOUR ENGINE AND INSPECT THE HOLE. Sometime in 1974, Mercedes changed the way these injectors were sealed into the head to prevent air leaks. A "YELLOWISH" nylon sleeve was added along with two seals on the lower end of the fuel injector.
This kit has enough red clips (60) to do both sides on the 123 240D, 300D, 300TD, 300CD, 280E, and 280CE. You will receive the best tool to remove the side trim and the best tool to remove the old red clips from the side trim after removal.

I call this the hidden and forgotten bushing. Why? Because you can not see it to inspect it, it hardly ever gets changed. When these bushings wear out you will feel "weird" movement in your rear end, especially going over rough ground.
These are the rubber parts that often do not get replaced when working on an R107 front end to fix loose steering, squeaking noises, and erratic handling. These fit all 107s from 1972 to 1989.

In this 15-minute video, Kent will show you step-by-step how to safely remove the Bowden cable without damaging it and how to install it to get the proper connection. This is not as easy as it looks, and you can break it if you are not careful.
In this 9-minute instructional video, Kent explains how to set up his injection pump cleaning and testing kit ( available separately ), and use it to clean out old fuel injection pumps of gum and grime, and then how to test them to make sure they are delivery fuel through every line.
This is the best way to determine if the expensive injection pump is going to work for old 4 AND 5-cylinder diesel engines that have not run in years. Watch the video below to understand what this kit can do.

It has been over 30 years since the last Mercedes with Bosch C.I.S. fuel injection was manufactured. If you own a 1976 to 1993 Mercedes gas engine with this type of fuel injection, you may have difficulty finding someone to work on your car. In some parts of the country, it may be impossible.
It seems like you never needed a 16mm or 18mm wrench or socket until 1996. After the intro of the W210 things changed. This set of 3 quality U.S. made tools consists of an 18mm stubby combo, an 18mm deep 3/8 drive socket, and a 16mm short 3/8 drive socket.
These came off a 108 that had been in dry storage for 32 years and only had 68,000 miles on it. What you see is what you get.
