\Kent purchased it from the original owner in Seattle in 1990, this beauty spent its entire life in the Pacific Northwest and is a rust-free preservation example of a very rare fuel-injected Mercedes. It has NOT been restored but has been well maintained.
These two types of fiberglass can bridge over small to medium rust holes and give a lasting repair to what otherwise becomes a very time-consuming and expensive repair.

Forget about this bolt rusting again on your sway bar. Included are 2 correct bolts and blue thread locker to secure them in place.

The original fuel filter has a rigid right-angle fitting, as shown in the pictures below. We do not provide this fitting in our fuel delivery kits as more often than not it can be removed from your old filter and installed in the new filter we provide.
Look for wetness around the back side of your tail lights as well as old streaks of white. These seals will leak when they are old.

This one is average. Bright chrome. but a few dents and a little curb damage on the edge. There is some minor surface rust on the back side, but that can be cleaned up and painted. NO clips included.

For later 1973 to 1980, 4.5 V8 engines - 450SL, 450SLC, 450SE, and 450SEL. Very nice set of high-performance wires for your 450V8. But we ask you to check your distributor cap before ordering as there was a change in 1973 and even some 1974 models may have the older orange/ brown color cap.

Very common wear item due to aging rubber. Can be easily installed by putting a piece of plywood on the bottom of the transmission pan and use a floor jack to lightly jack up the back of the transmission to replace the mount.

Testing fuel pressure is a simple procedure on the D-Jetronic engines, but it is ABSOLUTELY essential. If your fuel pressure is off even a few pounds, it will dramatically change the fuel mixture, and your engine will end up running too rich or too lean.

The T45 speed bit included can be used in your drill to speed install and adjust the striker.The door strikers seem to wear out faster on the R107s than on any other chassis due primarily to the heavy doors.

Rusty, pitted metal can be pretty ugly, even if you paint over it. If you try to fill it with regular Bondo, that will not work long-term.
