Front end shakes and rattles
I have a 1983, 300SD. At speeds around 60 to 70 mph I get vibration that fells like it is coming from the right front wheel and I also feel it thruogh the gas pedal. Also when making a right banking turn, (as in going from one freeway to another freeway), the front end will shake violently. This also feels like it is at the right front wheel. Can you give me any help as to what to look at and what to look for?

timing gear breaks on 420 sel
Hi I am brand new to the forum. My name is Lewis in Nor Cal, I have owned a 1990 420 sel for 3400 miles now. IT has 200120 miles on it, 1 owner and is in perfect shape. Just did new rotors all around belts and oil change. I went to start it on 09/15 and I heard a big bang. opened the hood and found something had made a 2/3" hole in the drivers side vale cover right on top of the timming chain. the motor did not start during this time and has not since. I am going to do a compression check to see if any valves hit pistons etc.

pilots school-Vehicle vibration
It came to me the other day that the vibration,though slight, sounds like I did not get the props on my twin set in time. I could use some help on this issue!! Some days I lean towards bearings in drive train, other days I lean toward exhuast. Any ideas? You multi-engine pilots will most likely know the sound.
