bolt head snapped off transmission pan

As I was tightening the four bolts on my transmission pan after a filter/fluid change one of the heads snapped off. I drilled a pilot hole and tried to use an "easy-out" which immediatly snapped off flush with the bolt. I managed to drill another pilot hole nexty to it and started lightly tapping in another tap. It also immediatly broke off again flush with the bolt. Have I now made it impossible to get that bolt out of the socket? Should I try to redrill a new hole next to it. Someone even suggested superglue!

Timing 75 300 D

1975 300D 1975 300D Cam shaft removed, injection pump removed. When cam shaft is re installed, Injection pump re-installed, Cam shaft mark lined up with TDC on Crank Shaft Pulley. Injection pump marks Lined for timing. Question: Is there any other timing marks that needs to be in line???? I read somewhere the the Injection Pump (DRive Gear) should be lined up with some yellow Dot on gear, which I can not find any dot on drive gear for injection pump. Sorry for the confusion in last question.
