Correct metric hex bolt to mount the front crank pulley to the crank counterbalance. These bolts become rusty, are easy to round out, and sometimes even break duty to engine vibration. Check the torque of these bolts.

This is a very important maintenance item for 126 300SD 5 cylinder turbo diesel owners. When these belts get loose or worn they can cause all kinds of problems like poor battery charging, engine overheating, jerky power steering, and noises that range from squeaking to rattling.

This is a genuine Mercedes used part. These are much stronger than the aftermarket ones available. Genuine are no longer made. No damage to the slot or the threads. Only for models listed. Does not work on later aluminum diesel engines. Collar nut holds pre-chamber in cylinder head.
These two small o-rings seal the oil drain tube that goes from the bottom of the air filter into the engine oil pan.

These large o-rings are used on the aluminum coupling that connects the turbo charger compressor outlet to the intake manifold. Should be changed with removing manifold or replacing turbo.
With this kit you will be able to hook up a pressure gauge to your intake manifold and route it inside your car for the purpose of monitoring your turbo charger boost pressure while driving.
When using a pencil glow plug reamer, this modified 12 mm wrench will allow you to PUSH in on the reamer while turning - and let me tell you - this is needed when you have heavy carbon buildup in the prechambers.
Three seals required to repair oil leaks in the straight oil drain tube going from the bottom of the turbo into the engine oil pan. This kit is intended for those who are rebuilding their turbo and have not changed these seals before.
High quality lubricant to be used when assembling bearings in engines or in components that are oiled by engine oil. This WILL prevent scoring and wear upon initial start-up after overhaul.
Lower Engine Gasket and Seal Set as Shown. Contains many sizes of aluminum sealing washers. Please study picture carefully to see exactly what you are getting.
This sealing ring provides seal at the connection of the flexible down pipe and the exhaust pipe going back to the center muffler. This is an upgrade replacement for the older style crushable gasket seal. This all metal ring provides a much more reliable seal over time.
These are the plastic bushings that hold fuel injectors into the head of the late M116 and M117 engines. These get very brittle with age. If you are planning on removing your fuel injectors I highly recommend you order these to have on hand.
This is a critical rubber part that seals the fuel injector to the injector holder. Deterioration can result in high idle speeds and poor engine performance. Unless you have a low mileage car with soft seals, these should be changed when testing, cleaning, or replacing your fuel injectors.
Here are the correct size metric nuts with built in shoulder washer. If you drop these in behind the injection pump you may never find them. When doing glow plug service it is always a good idea to have some spare nuts on hand. New Bosch glow plugs do not come with new nuts.
This o-ring has to be tough enough to handle the high heat at the injection pump. If you see oil leaks around the area of the rack damper (located on bottom at rear of injection pump) then replace this o-ring.
New nylon fan replacement. Only install on a fan clutch that originally had a nylon fan ( not an aluminum one). Shows up primarily on 1984 and 1985 models.
WILL NOT FIT 85 CALIFORNIA MODELS!! It will fit some 1985 Federal Models only.
This check valve is mounted on the end of the electric fuel pump and prevents pressure from bleeding off after the engine has shut down. If you engine is slow to start after it has sat overnight that could be a sign the check valve needs replacement.
These washers are installed right under the four nuts that hold the valve cover securely to the cylinder head. They help to prevent the over tightening of the valve cover as well as prevent the nut from loosening up. They also keep the nut from gouging the metal out of the valve cover.
This is a common oil leak area on the 300SD. The gasket fits between the oil filter housing and the plate that mounts the oil pressure sending unit. This is a genuine OE gasket.
New timing chain tensioner and gasket.
Set of good used original pan bolts with washers. Will work on lower metal pan as well as vacuum pump housing. Common places for these bolts to round out.

Good used set of oil cooler mounting clamp brackets. BOLTS are missing but they are standard metric that you should be able to pick up at a good hardware store. Two are used to secure the cooler to the radiator.
Another High Quality product from Lubro Moly. This is a 300ml can of Motor Oil Saver. It Rejuvenates rubber and plastic engine seals and reduces oil consumption via the piston rings and valve guides; counteracts the loss in viscosity of motor oils.
Make certain your pump only has one main line coming into it. Very good cover plate as shown. No cracks or wear. No other parts included. To be used if your cover plate gets damaged. Sorry no complete used pumps available.

Each fuel pump has a critical check valve mounted at the pump outlet. The purpose of this check valve is to prevent fuel from leaking back through the pump after the engine has been shut down. Constant fuel pressure must be held in the fuel system for the engine to restart quickly.

The fuel accumulator maintains the pressure in the fuel system for a certain time after the engine has been switched off. When the engine is running it serves to deaden the noise of the electric fuel pump.
Brand New short banjo bolt. Fits on top of injection pump on 617 Turbo Diesel ALDA and on 4 and 5 cylinder diesel water pump bypass pipes (often broken or rusty). This includes 220D 240D 300D 300TD 300CD and 300SD.
