Includes Kent's four detailed videos on every aspect of this job! This is now becoming one of the most common oil leaks in 1968 to 1985 diesel engines. Let's face it.
If your 60x diesel engine has more than 150,000 miles you might want to consider changing the time chain. If that critical chain breaks at high speed it could destroy your engine.
If your 103 engine makes ticking noises when you first start it up and that noise comes and goes it may be due to one or more failed hydraulic valve lifters.
When replacing your 103 engine timing chain it is also important to replace the chain tensioner.
Don't lose your high mileage (above 150,000 miles) 103 engine due to a failed timing chain. If this chain breaks at high speed it can destroy the engine.
New valve cover gasket. Common source of engine oil leaks. Must be replaced any time you remove the valve cover. Fits all 103 engines 1986 to 1993. No instructions included.

1981 to 1984 5-cylinder turbo diesel engines. Good used turbo charger center section oil system outlet drain pipe tube as shown. This only fits the Garret T3 Turbo. Will not fit the KKK turbos. Will not fit 1985 models with trap oxidizer.

This is a brand new Elring seal and gasket installation kit for the 617 Turbo diesel turbo charger. Fits 116 Chassis 300SD from 1978-1980, 123 Chassis 300DT and 300TDT from 1981-1985 and 126 chassis from 1981-1985.
Good used exhaust manifold assembly with no cracks. Fits 1980 and 1981 300D non turbo that uses EGR valve. Please note EGR valve hole. This exhaust manifold can also be used in the 1977 - 1979 models but you would need to plug the EGR access hole in the center of the exhaust manifold.

NOTE: STYLE MAY VARY. This will not be the actual check valve you will receive. Excellent used diesel fuel check valve for four and 5-cylinder diesels from 1977 to 1985. This valve is mounted inside the injection in line going to the filter.

This is that hard to find plastic inspection / access cover that goes on the underside of your 617 turbo diesel engine. Most of the time it is cracked or missing allowing dirt and oil to get into the flywheel area. Easy remove and replace. It just snaps in the hole.

This is the number one cause of a sharp engine rattling noise at idle on the early 602, 603 and 604 engines. It is not that the shock goes bad, but the bushings car wear out prematurely due to harsh vibration and the ends of the shock will make a terrible noise inside the loose bushing.
ONLY WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE IS INCLUDED! Fits 116, 123, AND 126 with 5 cylinder turbo diesel engine only. This is a common failure item. The plate adjusting bolt often gets damaged beyond repair. This is often damaged due to lack of understanding how to adjust belt tension.

New Behr Thermostat and sealing ring rated at 87 degrees C. Correct fit for all 201 and 124 chassis 4 and 6 cylinder gasoline engines from 1984 to 1993. Most thermostats only operate at peak efficiency for few years and should be changed for optimal engine performance.
This is a very important maintenance item for all 116 and 123 chassis 617 5-cylinder turbo diesel owners.
This flexible accordion section of this pipe is prone to breaking with age. When it cracks, you will hear a change in your exhaust sound and will notice black soot staining where it is leaking. One end bolts on the rear of the turbo.
This is the unit that keeps your serpentine belt properly tensioned. This is a common part to see wear out in the 120,000 to 150,000 mile range. When it does, your belt will become loose leading to belt noise, overheating, and poor alternator output.
We only believe in using OEM ContiTech belts for your 103 engine. This new belt will install on 190E 2.6 to 1989, all 260E and 300E 1986 to 1989, 300TE 1988 to 1989, and 126 300SE/L Sedan 1988 to 1989.
