Fits 1979 to 1985 US Model 240TD and 300TD only
Brand new Genuine OEM turbo diesel kickdown switch. Fits 123 turbos from 1982-1985 and 126 turbos from 1981-1985. This switch is located under your accelerator pedal, and it tells the transmission when to down shift. If the switch breaks it can stick in or on!
This is a brand new Elring seal and gasket installation kit for the 617 Turbo diesel turbo charger. Fits 116 Chassis 300SD from 1978-1980, 123 Chassis 300DT and 300TDT from 1981-1985 and 126 chassis from 1981-1985.

These will fit the standard 14 inch round hubcap on all chassis listed above.
If you have a stuck key or failed lock in your 1977 to 1979 W123 this is your best option for a reliable replacement but we only have a few of these in stock. The exact originals as shown in the picture below are no longer made. These do not have a replaceable tumbler assembly.
Good used exhaust manifold assembly with no cracks. Fits 1980 and 1981 300D non turbo that uses EGR valve. Please note EGR valve hole. This exhaust manifold can also be used in the 1977 - 1979 models but you would need to plug the EGR access hole in the center of the exhaust manifold.
Applies to 240D 300D 300CD 300TD 300SD Diesel This guide is written specifically for owners of 123 and 126 diesels from 1977 up to 1984. There are some sections that apply to the 115 and 116 chassis but it is not specific to those models.
Fits all Diesels from 1965 to 1985
Excellent used set of torque converter bolts with correct washers included. These bolts are critical and I often see them replaced with improper bolts. There are six that are required to hold the flex plate to the torque converter on all Mercedes diesel engines from 1969-1985.
Set of four (4) new factory door striker bolts. It is very easy to round these off. If you are planning on removing or adjusting your strikers then I highly recommend you have these new bolts on hand. Fits 123 chassis from 1977-1985 and and 126 chassis from 1981-1991.
New complete hood cable assembly for 123. Take a close look at yours to see if it is kinked near the pull handle. Might want to replace it BEFORE it breaks off on you. Comes with new firewall grommet. Lists for $32.50!

Correct transmission filter and pan gasket that fits. This one is hard to find and you can easily get the wrong one ( it is very close to the early 123 diesel service kit.

Excellent used condition. No cigarettes ever look like they were in there. Very clean and very clean contacts on cigarette light. Notice the type of electrical plugin on the left side to make sure it will plug into your wiring. Rare find. Vinyl cover is like new.
Excellent used diesel fuel check valve for four and 5-cylinder diesels from 1977 to 1985. This valve is mounted inside the injection in line going to the filter. When this check valve leaks, it causes a hard start in the morning due to low fuel pressure during the initial start-up.
Brand new Gemo Speedometer cable for all 5 cylinder 123 Chassis Diesels from 1977-1981. If any question that this single length cable will work in your car please measure your existing cable. This one measures 1460 mm. This only works on non-turbo automatic transmissions.
This is that hard to find plastic inspection / access cover that goes on the underside of your 617 turbo diesel engine. Most of the time it is cracked or missing allowing dirt and oil to get into the flywheel area. Easy remove and replace. It just snaps in the hole.
Yes, with age they can leak from the inside out ever so slowly. Replace before they fail! This is a great upgrade that fits most models from early 70s up to mid to late 90s. The wire protector on these hoses will prevent chaffing especially from loose V belts.

Fits 116, 123, AND 126 with 5 cylinder turbo diesel engine only. This is a common failure item. The plate adjusting bolt often gets damaged beyond repair. This is often damaged due to lack of understanding how to adjust belt tension.

This is a very important maintenance item for all 116 and 123 chassis 617 5 cylinder turbo diesel owners.
Good used, diesel only, trunk emblem for 123 sedans, coupes and wagons. That includes: 1977-1981 300D, 1977-1983 240D and also 1977-1981 300CD. Also, 1978-1980 only 300TD wagon. The emblem was removed properly and is not bent and all three mounting pins are intact.

New silicone waste gate hose that fits all 617 turbo diesels. This includes the 300SD, 300D turbo, 300CD turbo and 300TD turbo 1978 to 1985. common wear item. This hose is often replaced with a standard rubber hose or fuel hose. That will not stand up to the heat of the turbo.
Emergency brake shoe maintenance is often neglected because the rear brake disc / rotor has to be removed to inspect and repair them. If the car has ever been driven a long distance with the emergency brake on, expect problems.

Set of (2) new rubber hood stop buffers to adjust the front corner closing of our hood. You will normally see the rubber ends missing, hardened or cracked. Replace and properly adjust for better hood closure. Fits all models that use stop buffers from 1963 to 1993.
Good used front bumper horizontal rubber strip that fits all 123 sedans, coupes and wagons 1977 to 1985. Not perfect but above average. Some very small marks. This one has no big gouges in the rubber.
If your pan plug is worn, leaking or rounded off, dont fight it anymore! Buy a new pan plug and copper sealing ring and stop those unsightly oil drips now. This is the small 13 mm head factory pan drain bolt that came on 240D, 300D, 300CD, 300TD and 300SD from 1974 to 1985
