Kent has found and tested this newest LED light bulb that you can install on the backside of your instrument cluster to increase your instrument lighting on your older Mercedes. With a more BLUE cast light, these bulbs will be much brighter, and they don't get hot!.

For all 1968 to 1979 111 coupe, 108, 109, 114, 115, 107C, 116 (included 1980 models(. Do you have a power sunroof that is working poorly or maybe not at all? Does it move slowly in the morning, but it works fine when it heats up during the day?

If you have a VERY slow leak in your Airmatic Mercedes, trying to find it can be very frustrating. It could be in the valve block, one of the lines, or the Airmatic strut itself. Small leaks in the strut can be the hardest to find if you cannot hear it.

The wiring plug covers must be removed with a special tool in order to install these boots. The old covers will break when you try to remove them.  We recommend you buy new wiring covers when replacing either my aftermarket custom-made silicone boots or the original rubber boots.

These old power non-tilting sunroofs are now 40-plus years old. These are specifically the sunroofs that used the later style round motor.

You must inspect the sway bar, especially if the car has been subjected to road salt. Kent will explain in more detail in the video below.

This simple push-button switch with clip leads can be used on both gas and diesel engines. If you are not sure why your engine does not turn over when you turn the key , it can be used to test if your starter motor is working before looking into the ignition switch or neutral safety switch.

Did the engine just quit? Does it just not start even with prolonged cranking? What could it be? The first thing you want to determine with most older cars is whether there is spark to the plugs.

If you work on old cars, you will eventually have to do some wiring fixes or corrections. This will often require you to cut and strip a wire and crimp on a new connector. Watch the video below to see Kent explain the benefits of this tool kit.
