New Behr Thermostat and sealing ring rated at 87 degrees C. Correct fit for all 201 and 124 chassis 4 and 6 cylinder gasoline engines from 1984 to 1993. Most thermostats only operate at peak efficiency for few years and should be changed for optimal engine performance.
This is a very important maintenance item for all 116 and 123 chassis 617 5 cylinder turbo diesel owners.
This is the unit that keeps your serpentine belt properly tensioned. This is a common part to see wear out in the 120,000 to 150,000 mile range. When it does, your belt will become loose leading to belt noise, overheating, and poor alternator output.
We only believe in using OEM ContiTech belts for your 103 engine. This new belt will install on 190E 2.6 to 1989, all 260E and 300E 1986 to 1989, 300TE 1988 to 1989, and 126 300SE/L Sedan 1988 to 1989.

New silicone waste gate hose that fits all 617 turbo diesels. This includes the 300SD, 300D turbo, 300CD turbo and 300TD turbo 1978 to 1985. common wear item. This hose is often replaced with a standard rubber hose or fuel hose. That will not stand up to the heat of the turbo.
Emergency brake shoe maintenance is often neglected because the rear brake disc / rotor has to be removed to inspect and repair them. If the car has ever been driven a long distance with the emergency brake on, expect problems.

Fits all GAS ENGINE exhaust systems for W107, W116, W126, W124 and W201 chassis from 1972 to 1995. Gas engine exhaust systems are generally heavier and run hotter than diesel engine exhaust systems. This is a wider and more heavily reinforced exhaust hangar than the standard round type.
The Mercedes Multi-Link rear end is a marvel of engineering and works extremely well, but when one or more of the link bushings wear out, your car will start steering on its own! In severe cases when applying rapid power it may act like it wants to change lanes on you.
This part controls the function of your backup lights as well as the starter motor lock-out if you do not have the transmission selector in park or neutral. It is called the neutral safety switch and fits all 107, 114, 115, 116 and 123 chassis to 1981 (except 81 Turbo wagon).

Replace your old worn and weak expansion tank cap to eliminate minor coolant loss problems. Watch the video below as Kent will explain the difference in caps and why you want to make sure you purchase the correct one.
Set of (2) new rubber hood stop buffers to adjust the front corner closing of our hood. You will normally see the rubber ends missing, hardened or cracked. Replace and properly adjust for better hood closure. Fits all models that use stop buffers from 1963 to 1993.
If your pan plug is worn, leaking or rounded off, dont fight it anymore! Buy a new pan plug and copper sealing ring and stop those unsightly oil drips now. This is the small 13 mm head factory pan drain bolt that came on 240D, 300D, 300CD, 300TD and 300SD from 1974 to 1985
If your oil cap is leaking oil or you find it very hard to remove then it is best to replace it. This new OE cap with fit all gas and diesel model engines from 1984 to 1993.
Brand New Reutter Expansion Tank Cap marked 140. This fits all 201 chassis 190E and 190D from 1984 to 1993 and all 124 chassis sedans, coupes and wagons from 1986 to 1995 both gas and diesel. A worn expansion cap is the number one reason for very gradual coolant loss.
For 200D 220D 240D 300D 300CD 300TD 300SD to 1985. This manual is written specifically for the diesel owner who wishes to know more about his engine and to understand how to tune and adjust it for maximum performance.
This is a brand new 3 way Vacuum change over valve. It is located in the engine compartment on a number of different chassis Mercedes, both gas and diesel models, from the 70s up through the late 90s.
This "permanent" red threadlocker is probably the best that I have used. It has the best sealing cap and cures rapidly and reliably when confined between metal parts. Use it to lock threaded fasteners, nuts, bolts and screws from loosening.
This is a very good used factory instruction card for the early cruse control operation on 107 114 115 116 123 chassis. If you are looking for an addition to your book set on your early Mercedes this originally came in the glove box to explain how to operate the cruse control stalk.

Fits chassis 110, 111, 112, 108 and 109. This is the ball socket bushing used on the linkage for column shift automatic transmissions from the early 1960s to the early 1970s. It snaps on the end of the shifting arm coming up of the bottom of the steering column.

Brand new quality aftermarket regulator. Comes without motor. This is a very common wear item. This is the power window regulator for the Driver's front door. If your driver's window is making bad noises or not going up and down properly this most likely is your problem.
Fits the Following: ALL 107, 108, 109, 111, 113, 114, 115, 116, and 123 chassis gas or diesel models. Here is a set of (4) hard to find Parking brake shoe springs. Have you ever had one of these go flying upon removal and have not been able to find it?!
FITS THE FOLLOWING: all 108 and 109 chassis with vacuum door locks. This check valve helps to hold vacuum in your door lock system. If not working properly vacuum can leak out of the system after you shut the engine off. Check by blowing and then sucking on the check valve.

This kit fits many models of Mercedes from the late 1970s up into the late 1990s (see list below). Pump problems abound and when you change the pump you are much better off to change the old rubber seal and brittle washer braided hose at the same time.

Fits 123s with the thin key. Not for the thick high security key in later models. If your rubber part is falling off the key this will fit! New OEM part.
