Rubber engine motor mounts are a very high failure rate part on these cars due to both age and mileage. Have you noticed your Mercedes 240D sedan is recently shaking more at idle. Maybe you just thought it was because it was a four cylinder.

Very nice part. Only few very very minor scratches from having sat on shelf for so long. If you have a 140 you might want to pick this one up for a spare. These are very expensive from the dealer.

This is one of Kent's favorite tools. Lets you reach into tight places - very long nose curved pliers with teeth - like hemostat. With the locking handles it is amazing what this clamp / pliers can hold - and the tight places it can get into!
Correct metric hex bolt to mount the front crank pulley to the crank counterbalance. These bolts become rusty, are easy to round out, and sometimes even break duty to engine vibration. Check the torque of these bolts.

Getting to and removing the two hex head bolts that hold the starter to the bellhousing can be a real test of your sanity - especially if you don't have the right tool! You will need a heavy duty hex socket on a strong wobble extension.
ONLY ONE LEFT. Good used activation rod and plastic clip as shown. Controls travel of vacuum control valve on the top rear of the injection pump. A plastic clip can easily break. May be some slight wear on the end of the metal rod but still usable.

This is the new Bosch plastic upgrade to replace the old metal style fuel stop solenoid or shutoff valve. This is located on the top rear section of the injection pump (right under the intake manifold). Sorry, no instructions included but it is a straight forward replacement.
These two small o-rings seal the oil drain tube that goes from the bottom of the air filter into the engine oil pan.

These large o-rings are used on the aluminum coupling that connects the turbo charger compressor outlet to the intake manifold. Should be changed with removing manifold or replacing turbo.
With this kit you will be able to hook up a pressure gauge to your intake manifold and route it inside your car for the purpose of monitoring your turbo charger boost pressure while driving.
When using a pencil glow plug reamer, this modified 12 mm wrench will allow you to PUSH in on the reamer while turning - and let me tell you - this is needed when you have heavy carbon buildup in the prechambers.
Three seals required to repair oil leaks in the straight oil drain tube going from the bottom of the turbo into the engine oil pan. This kit is intended for those who are rebuilding their turbo and have not changed these seals before.
