New copper alloy special locking nut for intake/exhaust manifold studs. New nuts should be used when replacing your manifold gasket.
If you plan to change coolant hoses this is a must-have labor-saving tool. This is one cleverly designed tool. I could not have done it better myself. I actually use to make a couple of different types before I found this one.
This removable threadlocker is probably the best that I have used. It has the best sealing cap and cures rapidly and reliably when confined between metal parts. Use it to lock threaded fasteners, nuts, bolts and screws from loosening. Extremely important in critical engine and suspension parts.
Good used bright aluminum trim ring. Goes around ignition key tumbler assembly. Complete with three tabs intact. No rubber seal. This is not perfect as there may be some small scratches, but it yours is missing this is much better to look at than a hole through your dash.
Good used set of original wiper arms. Fit all 126 chassis sedans from 1981 to 1991. The wiper arm will often wear out at the base and get sloppy (that is what can make the clanking noise). These have good joints and springs.
If you work around your Mercedes much this is a great tool to have. The quality is exceptional for the price. It will reset to measure in both inches and millimeters. A Must Have for Ajusting Diesel Fuel Injectors 190D 200D 220D 240D 300D 300CD 300TD 300SD

Applies to all 110 115 116 123 126 201 124 140 diesels from 1961 to 1994. From my many years of working professionally on Mercedes diesels I have learned fuel injectors are the single most neglected maintenance item. I believe there are a number of reasons for this.
We have compiled our favorite repair and diagnostic manuals for you 123 Chassis Owners into our newest book Ensemble! By purchasing all five of these manuals together, you are saving just over 25% off retail. This book set includes the following titles by Kent Bergsma:
Fits 116, 123 and 126 chassis diesel 1977 to 1985 only. We have been sourcing these copper washers from Mercedes Benz and also including o-rings for a long time with our fuel filter kits, due to the fact that they do not come with the fuel filters.
Have you ever wished you could get your hands on a manual that would answer all your diesel complaint questions?
When changing your hydraulic fluid be sure to change this filter. Located under the cap on your hydraulic reservoir tank. Easy to replace. Fits all 300TD wagons from 1979 to 1985.
If you have any Mercedes model with hydraulic self leveling suspension from the early 70's up to the early 1990's this is the correct fluid to use. High quality Meyle or Febi Bilstein product. Any other type of fluid can damage the seals and score your pump.

Almost all Mercedes gas and diesel engines from the late 50's up to the early '90s used pressed in steel pins to hold the timing chain guide rails in position (inside the engine block).
This kit will work on all 115, 116, 123 and 126 chassis diesels from 1969 to 1987. Almost every old Mercedes diesel I see needs to have the motor mounts changed. If you have a mechanic do it for you it will cost an arm and a leg.
New Heater Core install kit fits all 201 chassis 1984 to 1993, made by Nissens. If you are picking up a smell of coolant (obnoxious sweet smell) when you are running your heater that may be the first sign your heater core has developed a small leak. Best to replace with new.

Brand new Diesel intake valve guide, size standard 14 x 10 x 60 mm, made by TRW. Fits pretty much all 4 and 5 cylinder diesel engines up to designation 617.952. We have quite a few, so if you need more than one just change the quantity in the shopping cart!
Set of new sensor wires for front brake pads on all 201 and 124 chassis from 1985 to 1993. Only one required per side. These should always be changed when replacing brake pads.
Want to fix a common leak? If you own a 617 turbo diesel Mercedes I suspect you have already had to deal with oil leaks. It comes with old diesel territory. There is one small common leak on these engines that is annoying at best but a real pain to repair.
Here is a critical little o-ring that is hard to find and hardly ever gets replaced. We recommend these get replaced every 3 or 4 oil changes.
Fits all 123 sedans, coupes and wagons 1977-1985 with air conditioning. These are the brackets that hold the aux. electric fan in place. If you have been in a front end hit you will most likely need to replace these bars.
Includes Kent's four detailed videos on every aspect of this job! This is now becoming one of the most common oil leaks in 1968 to 1985 diesel engines. Let's face it.
If your 60x diesel engine has more than 150,000 miles you might want to consider changing the time chain. If that critical chain breaks at high speed it could destroy your engine.
If your 103 engine makes ticking noises when you first start it up and that noise comes and goes it may be due to one or more failed hydraulic valve lifters.
When replacing your 103 engine timing chain it is also important to replace the chain tensioner.
Don't lose your high mileage (above 150,000 miles) 103 engine due to a failed timing chain. If this chain breaks at high speed it can destroy the engine.
New valve cover gasket. Common source of engine oil leaks. Must be replaced any time you remove the valve cover. Fits all 103 engines 1986 to 1993. No instructions included.
If you are experiencing high oil consumption and excessive engine smoke with your 6 cylinder 190E or 300E (CE and TE) or 126 300SE / L with the single cam 103 engine this is most likely what you need to fix the problem.
Good used working EGR valve. HARD TO FIND. The valve opens and closes properly and holds a strong vacuum but shows a very, very slow leak when testing with a hand pump.
Good used turbo charger center section oil system outlet drain pipe tube as shown. This only fits the Garret T3 Turbo. Will not fit the KKK turbos. Will not fit 1985 models with trap oxidizer.
This is that little vacuum valve that always gets it nipples broken off... It is located right behind your thermostat housing on the 1981 to 1985 turbo diesel engines. It controls vacuum going to your EGR valve.

Fits 116 123 126 4 and 5 cylinder non turbo and turbo engines 1977 to 1985. Good used set of five special factory stretch bolts that hold the rocker arm towers to the cylinder head. Common damaged item and hard to find new. The 5 bolts here will work with 5 cylinder engines.
Long drive pin punches are very handy when working on your Benz. The smaller size in this set is particularly helpful when removing and replacing twin pin style brake pads. All steel. Made in India. Pin sizes: 1/8'', 3/16'', 1/4'', 5/16'' and 3/8''
New metal end piece with set screw that connects to the linkage on valve cover on 1977 to 1979 300D CD and 240D. Check your cable for an exact match before ordering. This piece always seems to get lost and can be hard to find.
This is such a big problem on the early 1977 to 1979 123 300D, 300CD and 300TD diesels that I decided a good replacement kit was in order. Often I find the main feed wire loose or frayed, the fuse box cracked or melted, and the fuse connector points corroded or loose.
New front outer wheel bearing with race for one side only. Fits right or left side on 116, 123 and 126 chassis, 240D 300D 300TD 300CD 300SD from 1977 to 1984. PLEASE NOTE: WILL NOT FIT MODELS WITH ABS.
