Tightens and Removes Collar Nuts on 220D 240D 300D 300CD 300TD 300SD 300SDL 190D 2.2 1969 to 1987. Works on most Mercedes diesel engines up through 1987 only.

This kit will not fix all your pump problems. If the motor is worn or burnt out, this won't help. But if the lower impeller is "stuck" due to lack of use and old fuel, then this could be a simple fix. In the video below, Kent will explain what this kit can fix and why it is needed.

It has now become essential that you replace this filter screen on these old cars, especially if they have been using gasoline with ethanol in it and the car has sat or sits for long periods without running.

NEW reman as shown. You will need to use the front pulley and fan assembly off your current bad alternator..

If your 560SL key starts to stick, is stuck, and won't turn, or you have lost your key this is your solution. In the first two situations, your lock is probably worn out, and trying to change out the tumbler will not solve the problem.

Very hard to find with the pull tab intact for the chrome inside handle. Most are broken off. If this mechanism is all corroded you may not even get your hatch open. This one came out of a very clean wagon with no corrosion and the mechanism operates smoothly. Chrome handle not included.

Original printing. These have been in storage for over 50 years. One super thick manual covers all 190 pontons including sedans. The supplement manual covers 190SL and mostly focuses on the carbs. The original owner wrote his name on inside top of the first page.

Cad plating can be expensive but is great for show restorations. If you just want to make those parts on your old Benz look good then this is the closest paint Kent has found to looking like cadmium gold plating. Check out the pictures below of the fuel delivery brackets he did with this paint.
