This gasket should be replaced when you remove the oil cooler housing to replace the main block gasket. These get old and hard and will leak due to age. Easy to do it on the bench. Not so easy to do it on the car.
Rough running diesels abound everywhere. The symptoms include poor acceleration, no power, and excess exhaust smoke. Some times these can be a sign of real problems. Other times it may mean your fuel injection system just needs a good cleaning. And NOTHING cleans better than Diesel Purge.

If your engine is just running hot, it may be due to a plugged radiator or possibly a stuck thermostat. If your engine is just losing coolant it could be a leak in the water pump, radiator or hoses.

You should change this crush washer every time you change your engine oil. Good to have some spares on hand.
If your diesel engine is starting to shut off very slowly or maybe not at all and you know your vacuum system is ok, it may be time to replace the vacuum fuel shut-off valve located at the rear of the injection pump.
For a number of maintenance operations, you need to be able to turn the engine over by hand. This includes valve adjustment, timing chain replacement, injection pump timing on diesel engines, checking and setting internal engine timing, draining the torque converter, and others.

This rubber mount is often torn up, oil soaked or just plain missing. It sits right behind the center of the oil pan on a number of models listed above. I have often see the entire assembly removed. Check first to see if your engine has one before ordering.
The bushing is as important as the shock in dampening out excess engine shake and vibration.

Fits all W116, W123, and W126 Turbo Diesel 5 cylinder 300D and 300SD engines from 1981 -1985 as well as M110 6 cylinder engines from 1977 to 1985. This is a brand new Lower engine Oil Pan and Gasket. Remove and inspect your oil pan if it has been badly dented.
A set of six new high-quality stainless steel short bolts with wave washers is included, as shown. These mount the vacuum pump to the engine block. It is very common for this type of hex bolt to round out when removing them from the vacuum pump.
New heavy duty water pump complete with gasket that fits all 190D 2.5, 124 chassis 300D, 300TD and 300D 2.5, 126 chassis 300SDL and 350SD and SDL, and 140 chassis 300SD and S350D. No instructions at this time.
PLEASE do not expect an assortment exactly as shown. This is a grab bag of 15 large and small rings, and it varies. Here is an assortment of 15 aluminum and copper sealing rings used in different locations on diesel engines and transmissions. This is not a complete set.
In working on many 61x series diesel engines, I have often found one or more of these clamps missing. Missing or loose clamps are the number one reason for injector hardline crack failure. There should be a clamp like this between every two hard lines to minimize vibration fatigue failure.

Fits 115, 116, 123 and 126 5 cylinder diesel engines (both non-turbo and turbo) from 1975 to 1985. These should be changed every time you remove your valve cover for valve adjustment or other maintenance. Stock up now for a great price on a set of 3.
These washers are installed right under the four nuts that hold the valve cover securely to the cylinder head. They help to prevent the over tightening of the valve cover as well as prevent the nut from loosening up. They also keep the nut from gouging the metal out of the valve cover.
