Excellent used vacuum shutoff valve. Original Mercedes Part. Tested to hold vacuum. Operates and holds and releases vacuum correctly. Includes used gaskets that are still usable, mounting plate and bolts as shown.

One of the more common reasons for front end clunking over rough ground and sweeking when you turn your steering wheel. This is your set of right and left high quality ball joints. They fit Gasoline and Diesel Model Mercedes from 1973 to 1991 ONLY on the 116, 123, and 126 chassis.
Front flexible brake hose fits right or left side of most models from 1967 to 1985 including 250SE 280SE 300SEL 250 280 220D 240D 300D 450SE 300SD. Does NOT work on 123 chassis cars.

You asked for it so we made it happen. Many of you have been wanting to know what we use for high temp thread sealant (when we don't want to use the permanent epoxy). We don't like thread tape or anything with Teflon in it.

Brand new electric fan motor switch as shown. This fits on the thermostat housing and is set to cycle at 212 degrees F. Fits all 123 models 1977 to 1985 and all 116 and 126 300SD up to 1984 only.
A faulty switch can cause you fan to stay on all the time or not come on at all.

In working on many 61x series diesel engines, I have often found one or more of these clamps missing. Missing or loose clamps are the number one reason for injector hardline crack failure. There should be a clamp like this between every two hard lines to minimize vibration fatigue failure.
Good used emergency brake shoe adjuster star nut and pin. Fits all models from chassis in title.
Fits all these chassis from 1968 to 1985. For drain bolt on automatic transmission torque converter. For a complete transmission flush the torque converter must be drained separately. Good to have a new aluminum sealing washer on hand during the service.

When was the last time you knocked one of your vacuum lines off around the oil filter housing, only to discover when you tried to reattached it that the fittings were swollen and would just not stay connected? This is a L shaped fitting that fits 115, 116, 123, and 126 chassis.

This size freeze plug fits almost all gas and diesel engines from the early 70s up into the 90s. This includes all 61x and 60x diesel engines, the 103 gas engine in the 190E, 300SE and 300E. It also fits many V8 engines but you should measure your current plug to be sure.
New copper alloy special locking nut for intake/exhaust manifold studs. New nuts should be used when replacing your manifold gasket.
If you plan to change coolant hoses this is a must-have labor-saving tool. This is one cleverly designed tool. I could not have done it better myself. I actually use to make a couple of different types before I found this one.
This removable threadlocker is probably the best that I have used. It has the best sealing cap and cures rapidly and reliably when confined between metal parts. Use it to lock threaded fasteners, nuts, bolts and screws from loosening. Extremely important in critical engine and suspension parts.

When changing a front door seal on one of the above chassis you most likely will ending up need new attachments clips (along front edge of door). The majority of the old clips will break when you try to remove them.

Applies to all 110 115 116 123 126 201 124 140 diesels from 1961 to 1994. From my many years of working professionally on Mercedes diesels I have learned fuel injectors are the single most neglected maintenance item. I believe there are a number of reasons for this.

If you have any Mercedes model with hydraulic self leveling suspension from the early 70's up to the early 1990's this is the correct fluid to use. High quality Meyle or Febi Bilstein product. Any other type of fluid can damage the seals and score your pump.
Almost all Mercedes gas and diesel engines from the late 50's up to the early '90s used pressed in steel pins to hold the timing chain guide rails in position (inside the engine block).
This kit will work on all 115, 116, 123 and 126 chassis diesels from 1969 to 1987. Almost every old Mercedes diesel I see needs to have the motor mounts changed. If you have a mechanic do it for you it will cost an arm and a leg.

Brand new Diesel intake valve guide, size standard 14 x 10 x 60 mm, made by TRW. Fits pretty much all 4 and 5 cylinder diesel engines up to designation 617.952. We have quite a few, so if you need more than one just change the quantity in the shopping cart!
Want to fix a common leak? If you own a 617 turbo diesel Mercedes I suspect you have already had to deal with oil leaks. It comes with old diesel territory. There is one small common leak on these engines that is annoying at best but a real pain to repair.
Here is a critical little o-ring that is hard to find and hardly ever gets replaced. We recommend these get replaced every 3 or 4 oil changes.

Cigar shaped return fuel hose from top of factory filter to return hard line. Fits all 300SD TURBO diesels from 1978 to 1985. Also fits 115 300D 5 cylinder 1975 to 1976 (but not 4 cylinder). 327 mm in length. Check to see if yours is cracked today!
