Fits all diesel Sedans AND coupes only from 1977 to 1999 (Does not fit wagons!) including chassis 116, 123, 126, 201, 124, 140 and 210 chassis. 190D 240D 300D 300CD 300SD 300SDL 350SD 350SDL 300D 2.5 and E300D 1977 to 1999. This is an important maintenance item.

The Monark brand is no longer made. The Bosch pump is hard to find. This is the best alternative we can provide. For older models with primer pump mounted on the injection pump.

A diesel compression test is an extremely important engine diagnostic procedure. It should be done on any diesel you are planning to purchase. More than any other test, it can tell you if you are purchasing a healthy engine.
New turbo charger turbine shaft and exhaust turbine wheel as shown. This part has been highly balanced and is ready for installation. Make certain your compressor wheel is not bent or damaged as that could throw it out of balance. Comes with new shaft nut.

These large o-rings are used on the aluminum coupling that connects the turbo charger compressor outlet to the intake manifold. Should be changed with removing manifold or replacing turbo.
New intake manifold gasket between head and manifold. You should consider replacing this gasket when you remove your manifold to replace the glow plugs. Fits all 603 6 cylinder diesel engines from 1986 to 1995.
Fits the following 116, 123, and 126 chassis to 1985. This is a very important line on the 617 turbo diesel engines that often breaks or becomes plugged. When it does you will lose power. It will feel like you are dragging an anchor or give you the indication your turbo is not working.

Here is an assortment of 12 aluminum and copper sealing rings used in different locations on diesel engines and transmissions. This is not a complete set. Random spares from Kents stock. Handy to have in the garage for spares.
This new gasket is used for the injection pump. Fits all 5 cylinder diesel engines from 1978 to 1985 including the 300SD 300D 300CD and 300TD.
Set of 10 fuel injector sealing washers. Also know as heat shield crush washers. Fit 1984 to 1999 Mercedes aluminum head 60x. diesel engines 4, 5, and 6 cylinder (190D, 300D, 300TD 300D 2.5 300SDL 350SD S350 and E300D).
Excellent used diesel fuel check valve for four and 5-cylinder diesels from 1977 to 1985. This valve is mounted inside the injection in line going to the filter. When this check valve leaks, it causes a hard start in the morning due to low fuel pressure during the initial start-up.
Any time you are removing and replacing your fuel injectors you will need to change the return hose and the heat shield crush washers. If you don’t, you will have leaking hoses and possible compression leaks at the injector nozzles.
Maybe your non-turbo automatic shifts just a little too early or a little too late? Maybe your turbo diesel transmission jerks a little too much or flares during shifts?
Getting that oil pressure line off the bottom of the oil filter housing on the 1977 to 1985 240D, 300D, 300TD, 300CD, and W116 300SD is tough. If you break the line or damage the nut, this part is no longer available new.
Changing the V-belts on your older 5 cylinder turbo diesel engine can be a pain. If you have not done it before it can be a REAL pain that leaves you confused and frustrated. In some cases it is possible to damage or break critical adjusting mechanisms if not done properly.
This tool will allow you to remove a cylinder head pre-chamber on a 1990 to 1991 350SD 350SDL (126 chassis), 1990 to 1993 300D 2.5 (124 chassis), and 1992 to 1995 300SD / S350 (140 chassis). The special black fitting attached to the slide hammer is custom made in our shop.

If your 60x diesel engine has more than 150,000 miles you might want to consider changing the time chain. If that critical chain breaks at high speed it could destroy your engine.
This is that little vacuum valve that always gets it nipples broken off... It is located right behind your thermostat housing on the 1981 to 1985 turbo diesel engines. It controls vacuum going to your EGR valve.
Good used front crank bolt 3 spring washers. Sorry we do not have any bolts.

Fits 116, 123, AND 126 with 5 cylinder turbo diesel engine only. This is a common failure item. The plate adjusting bolt often gets damaged beyond repair. This is often damaged due to lack of understanding how to adjust belt tension.
This is a "must-have" kit when adjusting release "pop" pressures on older diesel mechanical fuel injectors. It is the internal spring "shim" thickness that determines the exact pressure required for the release of fuel at the tip of the injector.

This easy-to-install kit could do wonders for your older diesel engine. The lift pump is almost always forgotten when it comes to maintenance on the OM616 and OM617 engines.
This rubber mount is often torn up, oil soaked or just plain missing. It sits right behind the center of the oil pan on a number of models listed above. I have often see the entire assembly removed. Check first to see if your engine has one before ordering.
