This kit fits many models of Mercedes from the late 1970s up into the late 1990s (see list below). Pump problems abound and when you change the pump you are much better off to change the old rubber seal and brittle washer braided hose at the same time.

If your steering is feeling a little weak or mushy replace the steering shock absorber. Easy to install on the cross steering link with only two bolts. It comes with instructions for easy installation!

This is the contact switch that allows the interior light to come on when you open your door. Also applies to the Trunk.
Here is a brand new set of four exhaust "donuts". Check your existing rubber hangers on your exhaust. If they are cracked replace them before you lose your mufflers! If your exhaust is rattling, these should fix the problem. Fits all chassis models 108 107 113 116 123 126.

Excellent used pre chamber as shown for OM 617 turbo diesel engines ONLY. If your diesel engine is running rough with excessive smoke and you have tried everything else it could be your engine's pre-chambers are damaged.
Here is a common rubber part that is wearing out as these cars get 15 to 20 years old. If your rear end is sitting lower than is use to, this could be the culprit. It is the mount that is bolted to the rear end center housing.

For use on all*** Mercedes diesels 1959 to 1993. BUT PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE SOME LIMITATIONS ON THE LATER MODELS. Test compression on 110, 115, 116, 123, 126, 201,124 AND 140 chassis. Almost ALL models up through 1987 can be tested through the fuel injector hole.
I have been discovering this is one of those maintenance areas that suffers from severe neglect. Failure of the rubber support or center drive shaft bearing can cause all types of improperly diagnosed vibration problems - some commonly change with vehicle speed.
Fits 116 123 and 126 chassis diesel engines from 1977 to 1985. This includes the 240D, 300D, 300TD and 300D/300SD turbo engines. This short coolant hose is located right below your engine thermostat housing. Replacing it requires removal of the thermostat housing from the cylinder head.
This kit fits ALL 116, 123 and 126 4 and 5 cylinder diesels, 616 and 617 designation. This is one of the most common oil leaks on the older Mercedes diesels from 1977 to 1985. It is often found at the gasket between the engine block and the oil filter housing.
FITS THE FOLLOWING, 126 300SD from 1981 - 1985. The original fuel lines on most late 70s and early 80s Mercedes Diesels were braided line and with age they do rot and develop slow leaks.
Fits 123 Chassis 300D, 300CD, and 300TD TURBO ONLY 1981 to 1985 and 116 and 126 300SD models 1978 to 1985 with 5 cylinder TURBO diesel engines. If your 5 cylinder turbo diesel has more than 200,000 miles on it without any major work, it most likely needs new valve stem seals.
FITS THE FOLLOWING: 116,123,126, 5 cylinder turbo diesels with an air filter on the engine, from 1978 to 1985. Fix that rattling air cleaner housing now.
FITS THE FOLLOWING: 123, 126 Chassis 300D 300CD 300TD 300SD (from 1981 to 1985) with 617 5 cylinder turbo diesel engines. Have you noticed your Mercedes diesel sedan is recently shaking more at idle? Maybe you are noticing new vibrations that were not there before.
FITS THE FOLLOWING: All Mercedes Diesel engines from 1968 to 1999. This includes 115, 123, 116, 126, 201, 124 and early 140 chassis. Also 210 Chassis E300D to 1999, 220D 240D 300D 300TD 300CD 190D 300SD and 300SDL.
Brand new electronic oil pressure sending unit. If your gauge is erratic or it suddenly has been reading very low, this electric sender may be the culprit.

Fits 116, 123 and 126 chassis diesel 1977 to 1985 only, including the 240D 300D 300CD 300TD 300SD. This kit should give you at least a years supply of fuel filters for your diesel.
Fits all W116, W123, and W126 Turbo Diesel 5 cylinder 300D and 300SD engines from 1981 -1985 as well as M110 6 cylinder engines from 1977 to 1985. This is a brand new Lower engine Oil Pan and Gasket. Remove and inspect your oil pan if it has been badly dented.
These fit all 123, 116, and 126 chassis 616 and 617 diesels from 1977 to 1985. This includes 4 and 5 cylinder both non turbo and turbo engines.
Here is another diesel item I strongly believe should be replaced as a preventative measure. Water pumps do not last forever and when they go, it is usually when you are on a trip - right? I feel they should be changed every 100,000 miles.
FITS THE FOLLOWING: 115 116 123 and 126 chassis, from 1974 to 1985 with all 4 and 5-cylinder diesel engines. .This is a super important maintenance item for your diesel engine.
The Monark brand is no longer made. The Bosch pump is hard to find. This is the best alternative we can provide. For older models with primer pump mounted on the injection pump.
Fits W115 W116 W123 and W126 5-cylinder both turbo and non-turbo diesel engines from 1975 to 1985. Check yours for staining around the gasket. Also, check nuts for tightness. These symptoms may indicate a leak. This is an important maintenance item.
FITS THE FOLLOWING: all 115, 116, 123, and 126 chassis with 5 cylinder engines. Always replace that valve cover gasket every time you adjust the valves (every 12,000 to 15,000 miles). Will keep those unsightly oil leaks around the valve cover at bay.
Fits 123, 126 and 116 chassis 5 cylinder diesel engines from 1977 to 1985. This valve cover is in good condition with no cracks or heavy corrosion.

ALERT! ALERT! 10 years after I first started warning about this, I saw it again in my shop on Feb. 20, 2011. Seems to be happening even more now as these radiators age. I loosened up the upper hose clamp on this 123 300TD radiator and it just fell off.
Here is a set of three straight inline fuel pre filters with strong plastic nipples and reinforced housing that fit 8 mm or 5/16 fuel hose.

Fits the following 116, 123, and 126 chassis to 1985. This is a very important line on the 617 turbo diesel engines that often breaks or becomes plugged. When it does you will lose power. It will feel like you are dragging an anchor or give you the indication your turbo is not working.

Fits all 126 chassis with air conditioning from 1981 to 1991. Brand new unit. Should be replaced when re-charging system and must be replaced when installing a new A/C compressor.
Fits all 123 and 126 chassis both gas and diesel, from 1977 to 1985. New air conditioning expansion valve unit. A must replace part when refurbishing your A/C system.
Fits all 126 sedans 1981-1985 may fit later models but I cannot confirm. This is an excellent used rear door switch. The cover you see in the picture is included The switch and cover interchangeable between the right and left rear doors.
FITS THE FOLLOWING: 1985 to 1993 W124, W126, and W201 chassis with a 6 cylinder 103 engine. Is your M103 six cylinder engine not running as smoothly as it use to. These wires should be changed at 70,0000 to 80,000 miles for smooth running and peak performance.
Fits 124 201 126 Chassis with M103 engine only, including 190E 260E 300E 300TE 300CE 300SE and 300SEL . These are the current plugs Kent recommends for this 6 cylinder gas engine.
