Kent put together the three most important products you will need to use his pressurized method of setting the critical timing on your diesel engine injection pump. This is often negelected and when corrected can lead to faster starts, better fuel economy and less engine smoke.
PLEASE READ THE ALERT BELOW BEFORE ORDERING. If your 126 sedan or SEC coupe is making front end clunking noises when you brake or go over bumps at slow speed you most likely need to replace the bushings where the lower front suspension guide rod attaches to a body subframe casting.

Another wrench designed by Kent Bergsma and born out of frustration. This could be the weirdest wrench anywhere in the world! While shooting a video on adjusting the injection pump timing on an older Mercedes diesel Kent ran into a big problem.
Kent's procedure uses the factory recommended "drip tube method" but with a "twist." He has devised a way to get accurate and consistant IP timing results while trying to get the drip tube to drip at one drip per second exactly when it should!
If you are experiencing minor coolant loss on your older model that has the cap on the radiator, it may because you do not have the correct cap. Not all caps are created equal as Kent will point out in the video below:
This is the type of radiator that will require this cap.
This on-demand video will take you through the process of replacing the worn-out ball joint bushings that connect to the front suspension guide rod on all W126 sedans and couple built from 1980 to 1991. This video comes free of charge when you purchase our complete repair kit.

Does your rear end make funny noises while driving? Does the rear of your car sag in the back? Do you have excessive rear tire wear? Does the rear of your car feel like it is moving around? During heavy braking or rapid acceleration does your Mercedes want to steer right or left on its own!
FITS THE FOLLOWING: 115, 116, 123, and 126 chassis. Here is a diesel item I have put together that every Mercedes diesel owner should have.
If you own and maintain an older car (especially 15 years and older) you must be willing to take care of its lubrication needs or you may spend big money later in repairs.
Why is this so important? It is primarily due to the age of these cars now and the fact that lurking problems can be hidden from visual inspection. There is not ONE diesel that Kent has looked at in the last five years that does not need this service! Even ones with under 150,000 original miles.
Assortment includes 6 single-element brake and turn signal bulbs, 4 dual-element bulbs for the front marker lights, and 4 small tail light bulbs. Good idea to carry this assortment in the trunk of your car.
This will give you everything you will need ( except 12-volt power and cleaning fluid ) to bench clean and test your D-jetronic fuel injectors in your own garage or workshop once they are removed from the engine.
In this video, Kent explains the correct procedure for cleaning and lubricating your hubs and rear brake rotor BEFORE you install your wheels. He hardly ever sees this done when removing wheels on 15 plus-year-old Mercedes so he knows it is almost ALWAYS neglected.
